Originally from the windy city of Chicago, Kristen moved to Southwest Florida in 1981 after an extensive background in corporate hospitality. It was there that Kristen exceled in customer care, professionalism and communication. With more than 30 years spent in this area, Kristen has been part of Collier's growth and change, which gives her vast expertise. Her experience in improved residential Real Estate sales, new home construction, rental properties, as well as lot & land transactions, has given Kristen the depth of knowledge customers seek to make informed decisions.
When she's not selling property, Kristen spends time with her entrepreneur husband and her three kids. She enjoys all that this tropical Florida lifestyle has to offer including family bike rides and simply watching the sunset.

Lauren graduated in May Cum Lade from Auburn University with her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Business. She was on the Dean’s List in the Fall of 2017 and the Fall of 2019, graduating with a 3.92 major GPA and an overall 3.54 college GPA. Lauren has had several internships throughout her college years covering marketing, event planning, advertising, social media, website design and many other essential skills.
Not only is she up to date on the latest trends for marketing and social media, Lauren is an expert on the Southwest Florida area. She was born in Naples, Florida, and has lived here her whole life except for her college years. Lauren obtained her Real Estate License in August of 2017 and has been working along Kristen at The KWright Team ever since.
Lauren is able to bring important skill sets to The KWright Team because of her knowledge in public relations and business setting our team apart from others.
